TEKsystems in Toronto, ON is hiring a Customer Service Analyst to join a busy investment services team. You will support internal business partners with investment questions, including transfers, RSPs, TFSAs, mutual funds and tax inquiries, with a mix of inbound calls, emails and case management.

Ideal candidates will have at least 6 months of customer service experience, knowledge of investment products (Registered vs Non-Registered), and strong written and verbal English communication.
