Investment Services Representative Saint-Lambert

Support investment clients in Saint-Lambert through administrative expertise, transaction processing, and advisory referrals at National Bank. French is required for this workplace-based position.

As a Financial Services Representative in Investments, you will support Financial Planners and participate in client business development. Your work combines investment administration, customer service, digital tools, and basic investment knowledge. The position reports to the Financial Planner Manager and includes training, hands-on learning, and partner discussions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize technical, administrative, and operational client transaction interactions
• Detect opportunities and refer clients to appropriate specialists
• Propose transaction and investment solutions when required
• Support Financial Planners with data analysis and complex files
• Maintain compliance and risk management requirements

Requirements:

• High school diploma plus three relevant years, or college diploma plus one
• Mutual Fund Representative license, or certification within three months
• Customer service experience and interest in business development
• Administrative support and investment transaction processing experience
• French, digital proficiency, organization, and basic investment knowledge
