Investor Services AML Associate

Investor Services Associates process securities transactions, review documentation, and maintain KYC and AML records in a full-time, on-site role. Accuracy and timely reporting support demanding client service.

Working under Senior Associate oversight, this position serves hedge fund, fund of fund, and private equity accounts. Responsibilities include investor inquiries, capital transaction processing, compliance documentation, member registers, and transaction reconciliation. The role also supports regulatory requirements across U.S. and other jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to portfolio manager and investor inquiries
• Perform AML checks using established procedures
• Review and maintain KYC and regulatory documentation
• Process subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers in FM3
• Maintain member registers and shareholder contact details

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in humanities, economics, finance, business, or related discipline
• Recent graduate or one year of similar financial services experience
• Advanced Excel and strong Windows applications knowledge
• Knowledge of alternative investment products preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and analytical attention to detail
