iOS Developer - SWIFT, IOS SDK, XCODE

iOS Developer (6-8 Years Experience)

Location: Hybrid

Schedule: 3 days onsite per week (Tuesday-Thursday, 8:30 AM - 5:50 PM)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced iOS Developer with 6-8 years of experience in mobile application development for Apple's iOS platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Swift, iOS SDK, Xcode, UIKit and/or SwiftUI, and experience building scalable, secure, and high-performing mobile applications. This role requires close collaboration with product owners, UX/UI designers, backend developers, QA teams, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality mobile solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain iOS applications using Swift and iOS frameworks.
• Build intuitive, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces using UIKit and/or SwiftUI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.
• Integrate mobile applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and efficient code following iOS development best practices.
• Perform unit testing and support automated testing initiatives.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application defects and performance issues.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions and development standards.
• Manage source code using Git and follow established branching strategies.
• Work within Agile/Scrum teams and actively participate in sprint ceremonies.
• Create and maintain technical documentation as needed.
• Support application releases, deployments, and post-production monitoring activities.

Required Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in iOS application development.
• Strong proficiency in Swift and iOS SDK.
• Hands-on experience with Xcode and the Apple development ecosystem.
• Experience building applications with UIKit and/or SwiftUI.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and working with JSON data.
• Understanding of MVVM, MVC, or similar mobile application architectures.
• Proficiency with Git version control.
• Experience with asynchronous programming, networking, and data persistence.
• Knowledge of mobile application performance optimization and debugging techniques.
• Understanding of App Store deployment processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Objective-C and maintaining legacy iOS applications.
• Familiarity with reactive frameworks such as RxSwift or Combine.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
• Experience implementing push notifications and Firebase services.
• Knowledge of mobile security best practices.
• Exposure to automated testing frameworks such as XCTest.
• Understanding of accessibility and responsive mobile design principles.
• Experience with Apple Maps, Location Services, or Camera APIs.
• Experience developing reusable SDKs, libraries, or shared components.
• Exposure to Android development using Kotlin.
• Prior experience supporting banking, telecom, e-commerce, or enterprise mobile applications.
