As part of Motive’s Equipment Monitoring team, you'll play a key role in making fleet data visible and actionable. Your expertise in stream-processing and cloud infrastructure will help transform raw telemetry into meaningful insights. You will work closely with diverse teams, enhancing device data flow while fostering a culture of engineering excellence.
Key Responsibilities: • Create scalable backend services for telemetry processing • Operate streaming systems using Kafka or Flink • Design robust APIs for application integration • Collaborate with IoT teams on full-cycle data processes • Enhance code quality through engineering best practices
Requirements: • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related field • 5+ years of experience in software development • Background in distributed systems and streaming technologies • Proficient in modern programming languages • Experience with AWS and various databases
