Guide IoT solution deployments for Samsara customers by combining consultative communication, technical understanding, and disciplined implementation management.

This Implementation Consultant supports Mid-Market organizations using Samsara’s Connected Operations Cloud for fleets and industrial assets. You will explain platform capabilities to executives and everyday users, solve customer challenges, and build trust across varied stakeholders. The position is remote and open to candidates residing in Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand Samsara platform capabilities deeply
• Explain technology across varied customer use cases
• Run training and work through customer challenges
• Build roadmaps that increase product usage
• Ensure customers achieve quick time to value

Requirements:

• 2–4+ years in senior Customer Success, account management, or consulting
• Strong customer-facing communication and consultative skills
• Experience with end-to-end system implementations
• English and French fluency
• Ability to manage priorities and demonstrate emotional intelligence
