Irrigation, Climate & IPM Systems Lead

Rubicon Organics is seeking an Irrigation, Climate & IPM Specialist to optimize fertigation strategies and monitor climate control, IPM, and crop health at our Cascadia facility in Hope, BC. You will lead a technical team, troubleshoot systems, and translate cultivation requirements into practical solutions for consistent yields.

The role requires hands-on irrigation expertise, knowledge of Priva/Argus, IPM experience, and strong data analysis.
