Tiger is seeking a hands-on IT Administrator to serve as the primary technology resource supporting our Nisku, Slave Lake, and Calgary operations. This role is responsible for maintaining reliable, secure, and efficient technology services across business,manufacturing, and transportation environments. The successful candidate will support infrastructure, networking, endpoints, operational technology, and end users while partnering closely with Tiger operational leadership and Morton Salt's centralized IT teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the primary IT contact for Tiger operations.
  • Support local servers, networks, wireless infrastructure, workstations, mobile devices, and printers.
  • Provide technical support for business and manufacturing technology systems.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
  • Coordinate with Morton Salt IT teams on Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, cloud, and infrastructure services.
  • Support technology projects, equipment refreshes, and site improvements.
  • Partner with plant leadership to identify and address operational technology needs.
  • Coordinate local technology vendors and service providers.
  • Support cybersecurity, patching, and business continuity initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of IT systems administration or infrastructure support experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, networking, and endpoint support.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, or operational environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred

  • Experience with OT or industrial technologies.
  • Familiarity with Azure, Intune, cybersecurity tools, and network infrastructure.
  • Relevant Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA, or similar certifications

Working Conditions

  • Travel between Nisku, Slave Lake, and Calgary as needed.
  • Occasional after-hours support for maintenance and critical incidents.
  • Ability to work in office and industrial environments.
