IT Analyst

• Configure, maintain, and enhance business solutions to meet technical requirements
• Research and recommend solutions when analyzing functional requirements, use cases, and user stories
• Identify the opportunities and constraints of business solutions when developing business cases, and determine the required changes
• Provide technical support to users and contribute to incident and problem resolution by conducting analyses
• Analyze and report supplier-related issues and anomalies, and follow up with suppliers, users, and managers
• Organize user testing plans and scenarios
• Gather information to prepare procedures, user guides, and business solution documentation
• Train users

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent academic qualification in computer science, software engineering, or another relevant field
• Two years of experience related to the position’s responsibilities, specifically in the integration and support of software solutions
• Knowledge of Microsoft Visual Studio, Microsoft Management Studio, Microsoft SQL queries, and Postman
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Office 365 suite, Microsoft Visio, and Microsoft Teams
• Knowledge of Agile methodology
• Functional proficiency in spoken and written English is an asset
