IT Analyst Role

Full-time onsite in Aylesford, Kent & SE London

Need to have construction experience

Core Responsibilities
  • Provide first- and second-line IT support for site offices and head offices, resolving hardware, network, and software issues.
  • Gather business and operational requirements from project managers, quantity surveyors, and site agents to map "As-Is" and "To-Be" workflows.
  • Support the rollout of construction-specific & IT platforms.
  • Train site and office personnel on new digital tools and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
