Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise architecture strategies, principles, standards, and governance frameworks.
• Create multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and strategic priorities.
• Provide architectural oversight across various programs, projects, and digital initiatives.
• Review and approve solution designs ensuring compliance with architecture standards.
• Assess emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities and risks.
• Collaborate with business leaders to translate goals into scalable technology capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, data governance, and regulatory standards.
• Establish architecture best practices, mentor technical teams, and promote continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience accepted.
• At least 10 years of progressive experience delivering IT solutions in complex environments.
• Preferred certifications include TOGAF, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or AWS Solutions Architect.
• Strong expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, Gartner), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, HCM).
• Proven knowledge of data, analytics, and integration architectures, security principles, and API/event-driven architectures.
• Familiarity with modern application platforms, DevOps practices, and technology lifecycle management.
