IT Application Engineer

A Manufacturing Company located in the Chicago west suburb is seeking for an IT Application Engineer.-Associate level

The primary focus of the position will be ERP, applications engineering, software engineering, and troubleshooting for 5 facilities in North America.

This is a Full-time, direct hire position with the Company's standard benefit package.

Salary: $75,000~$90,000

Group Insurance enrollment:1st day of the month following 30 days of employment

Regular office hours:8 am-5:00 pm (60 min. of lunch break) M-F

Qualifications:

-B.S. in Computer Science or similar major

-ERP System experience

-At lease 2 years of C#, SQL and IIS(Internet Information Service) experience is a must

Responsibilities:

-Provide day-to-day support for ERP and related business applications.

-Analyze user needs and propose practical system-based solutions that improve business processes and operational efficiency.

-Support ERP implementations, enhancements, system testing, data validation, data migration, integrations, and post-go-live activities.

-Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and practical data-analysis tools that support business decision-making.

-Provide user training and assist with the adoption of new or modified system functionality.

-Participate in AI and Digital Transformation (DX) initiatives that improve operational efficiency, knowledge sharing, and business processes. xhqgsiq

Help evaluate and introduce appropriate automation, AI, analytics, and digital tools in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders.
