IT Applications Support Analyst ERP

Support ERP and production applications on-site at HiltonFoods Canada, helping maintain reliable systems across food manufacturing operations. Troubleshoot issues where operational continuity matters.

As an IT Applications Support Analyst, you will support and optimise applications spanning production scheduling, inventory, procurement, and quality assurance. The work includes ERP, traceability, production line, and business applications. You will collaborate with production, engineering, quality, and IT teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support ERP applications for scheduling, inventory, procurement, and quality assurance
• Resolve application issues in production and test environments
• Manage configurations, user access, and system integrations
• Participate in application testing and deployment activities
• Support traceability, compliance, data integrity, and system availability

Requirements:

• Understanding of ERP systems in manufacturing or food production
• Strong troubleshooting skills under live production pressure
• Knowledge of data flows, integrations, and access management
• Effective communication with technical and shop-floor stakeholders
• Problem-solving, organisational, prioritisation, security, and standards awareness
