IT Asset Management Administrator

Master IT asset management at Tata Consultancy Services with ServiceNow expertise and 100% work from office. Support devices across their complete lifecycle.

This System Administrator role focuses on PC and mobile asset services, inventory management, and technical support. You will manage ServiceNow records, Windows and iOS troubleshooting, fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and lifecycle scheduling. The work also includes vendor coordination, audits, and new hire orientation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage PC and mobile assets through ServiceNow
• Track warranties, refresh dates, and end-of-life information
• Coordinate asset forecasting, receiving, shipping, maintenance, and recycling
• Conduct physical audits with vendors and maintain stock rooms
• Provide walkup, deskside, and remote technical support

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with IT hardware and software asset management
• Knowledge of ServiceNow and Windows AutoPilot
• Windows OS and iOS troubleshooting skills
• ITIL, Dell, or Apple certification or training
