IT Asset Management Tech Services Lead

Softcat plc is seeking an experienced Asset Intelligence Team Lead to provide first and second line technical support while delivering technical consultancy services in ITAM. You will collaborate with Asset Intelligence Team leaders to extend asset management services for our customers.

You will lead a high-performing technical team, manage escalations, engage with vendors and stakeholders, and drive improvements while staying aligned with SLAs and industry best practices.
