Maintain accurate records of all hardware assets using asset management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Ivanti, Lansweeper).
Track the lifecycle of hardware assets from acquisition to disposal.
Coordinate with procurement, finance, and IT teams to ensure timely asset acquisition and deployment.
Perform regular audits and reconciliations of hardware inventory.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations (e.g., Manage hardware refresh cycles and support end-of-life planning.
Generate reports and dashboards for asset utilization, depreciation, and compliance.
Support incident and change management processes by providing asset-related data.
Collaborate with software asset management (SAM) and configuration management (CMDB) teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
~2-4 years of experience in IT asset management or related field.
~ Familiarity with ITIL practices and asset lifecycle management.
~ Experience with asset management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC, Flexera).
~ Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.

ITIL Foundation certification.
Certified Hardware Asset Management Professional (CHAMP) or similar.
Experience with enterprise environments and large-scale asset inventories.
