IT & AV Engineer: Hybrid Meeting Tech & 365 Support

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking an IT & AV Engineer for a permanent role in Cambridge. The role covers end-user support, Microsoft 365, core infrastructure and meeting-room AV across a prestigious education environment.

You will act as an escalation point, keep the helpdesk running smoothly, support networks, servers and key services, and provide hands-on AV for events and meetings. 37.5 hours weekly, with core hours 10am-4pm and flexibility.
