IT Bid Manager (Product) - London

You will drive IT bid activities in transport, aligning technology inputs with client requirements and long-term strategy. As a bridge between Digital & Technology, bid teams, suppliers and operations, you shape compelling submissions and narrative for tenders. You’ll manage supplier relationships, cost modelling and pricing negotiations to move bids forward. This role sits in a transformation-focused company with hybrid London/site work and potential Leicester placement. You will influence technology roadmaps and cross-functional collaboration to win critical bids.

• Coordinate technology inputs from Product Managers and platform teams to build IT responses for transport tender bids
• Gather and share information for RFIs and RFPs
• Create narrative and product vision for bids and craft the overall submission story
• Understand technology roadmap, projections and backlog
• Own and manage supplier relationships from a bid perspective
• Conduct cost modelling of supplier quotes and negotiate pricing with procurement/finance
• Facilitate bid progression through effective supplier engagement

• Proven bid management or bidding experience in a transport setting
• Liaising with multiple Product Managers
• Strong technological understanding
• Excellent stakeholder and supplier management skills
