IT Business Analyst

As an IT Business Analyst in our Project Management team, you will bridge IT and business stakeholders to ensure projects deliver on time and align with strategic goals. You’ll translate complex needs into actionable solutions and support change management, testing, and documentation. Your work will drive efficiency, enable business growth through technology, and support a global, collaborative network. • Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements via interviews, workshops, and process reviews
• Support change management activities including stakeholder engagement, communications, and training material preparation
• Develop business cases, project charters, process flows, and system specifications
• Ensure project scope aligns with objectives and stakeholder expectations
• Analyze existing processes to identify improvement opportunities
• Propose enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Assist in tracking timelines, dependencies, risks, and issues
• Maintain requirements traceability matrices and impact assessments
• Act as liaison between IT and business to ensure alignment
• Translate technical information for non-technical stakeholders
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration for project success
• Support test case development, UAT, and solution validation
• Troubleshoot system issues with IT teams and coordinate resolutions
• Analyze data to support data-driven decision-making and prepare reports and dashboards

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Management or related field
• Experience in a business analyst or similar role
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and BA techniques
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities
