The IT Business Analyst (Senior Analyst) plays a pivotal role in shaping business systems by designing efficient processes, implementing innovative technologies, and supporting enterprise applications. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams, manages vendor relationships, and ensures seamless integration of systems to drive organizational performance and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- E nhance business processes by collaborating with teams, leading workshops, and gathering requirements.
- Provide system support through advanced troubleshooting, maintenance, and upgrades.
- Implement and integrate systems with enterprise applications, ensuring smooth rollouts.
- Coordinate vendors and evaluate new technologies to enhance business functions.
- Analyze data to develop reports, dashboards, and insights for performance improvement.
- Support users with training, documentation, and issue resolution.
- Drive governance including risk/issue tracking, escalation, and reporting.
- Ensure operational readiness through SOP development, training, and go-live planning.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5-6 years of IT business analysis experience.
- Strong technology background with Agile delivery experience.
- Exposure to AI technologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Experience with ERP systems and integration with eProcurement (e.g., Ivalua) and Contract Lifecycle Management solutions.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in insurance, claims, or financial services.
- Consulting background (Big 4 or equivalent).
- Familiarity with customer communication platforms (telephony, digital, chatbot).
