Overview
In this IT Business Analyst role, you bridge business needs and technology within a busy commercial and trading environment. You will support front-office systems, data platforms, cloud initiatives and enterprise apps across multiple projects. You’ll guide requirements from workshops through testing and delivery, driving continuous improvement. This role offers broad exposure to transformation programmes and collaboration with cross-functional teams, delivering impact at scale.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to identify, analyse and document requirements
- Facilitate workshops and requirements-gathering sessions across multiple business functions
- Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements
- Support the design and delivery of cloud-based, data-driven and digital transformation initiatives
- Work with development, architecture and project delivery teams to ensure successful solution implementation
- Define and support user acceptance testing to meet business objectives
- Contribute to process improvement, system optimisation and innovation initiatives
- Support programmes and projects spanning business operations, technology, data and digital transformation
- Proven experience as IT/Technical Business Analyst or Technology Consultant
- Experience delivering technology and transformation projects in complex environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with cloud technologies and modern application architectures
- Strong business process analysis, requirements management and solution design
- Experience with Agile, Scrum or hybrid delivery methodologies
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent professional experience
