IT Business Partner

In this IT Business Partner role, you will bridge site operations with DHL IT services to support Coalville and MK:DC. You’ll lead local IT delivery, roadmaps, and incident coordination while aligning with central IT functions. You’ll act as a site IT SME, enabling effective end-user use of technology and driving WMS-related initiatives. The role combines stakeholder management, budget ownership, and supplier governance, contributing to a scalable, compliant IT environment. This is a remote-friendly position with on-site requirements and a chance to shape IT services for a major logistics hub.

• Coordinate central IT functions with local site resources to ensure successful IT solution delivery
• Own site IT budget, roadmaps, changes, and incident coordination
• Lead IT project delivery for the site and act as the on-site IT SME for end-user services
• Manage Blue Yonder WMS activities dedicated to the site
• Oversee IT suppliers, products, solutions, and service management to defined standards and SLAs

• IT experience in a large, complex organisation with strong IT leadership experience
• Proven stakeholder and customer management with clear communication and influencing skills
• Experience with DHL IT systems
• Knowledge of Blue Yonder 2023 WMS
