IT Business Partner

In this role you will lead a team of IT Business Systems Managers and Developers to deliver applications aligned with business strategy. You will partner with senior stakeholders to enable growth and transform processes, drive IT roadmaps, and manage change initiatives. You will develop your team, optimise supplier relationships, and ensure cost-effective delivery of IT services. • Lead and develop the IT Business Systems Managers, Developers and wider IT team
• Establish partner relationships with Business Management Board and senior leaders to drive IT delivery
• Oversee development and execution of IT solution roadmaps across business functions
• Act as primary liaison between IT and relevant business functions
• Manage budget area to ensure cost efficiency and value for money
• Provide ongoing knowledge development and professional IT consultancy to business partners
• Lead IT/business change initiatives as required
• Build and manage strategic supplier relationships to ensure service standards
• Provide user support and training for business functions

• Experience in a Business Partnering role in a fast-paced, multi-site organisation
• Experience in supplier relationship management
• Broad knowledge of business processes and the ability to elicit and specify requirements
• Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills
• Ability to understand business and functional strategies and translate into IT solutions
• Excellent decision making, fast information processing, and timely action
• Experience leading and managing engaged teams towards high performance
• Knowledge of IT architecture and applications
• Track record delivering IT solutions on time and within budget
