IT Business Partner

As an IT Business Partner within Genuit Group’s Group IT, you will act as a strategic advisor to a key business division. You’ll bridge IT and operations, ensuring technology investments drive value, efficiency, and growth. Operating at senior leadership level, you will influence without direct authority and navigate governance to align tech initiatives with broader strategy. This role supports digital transformation and sustainability goals across multi-site operations.

• Serve as strategic IT advisor to a business division and translate needs into IT requirements

• Navigate governance frameworks and adhere to approved IT channels (no independent procurement or external vendor engagement)

• Significant experience as PMO Lead, Senior Project Manager, or Business Analyst
• Experience in federated, complex, or multi-site organisations
• Experience in structured governance environments
• Strong understanding of project lifecycles and change management practices
• Willingness to travel across multiple UK sites
• Experience influencing without direct authority
• Ability to turn business needs into structured IT requirements
