Job Description

• Partner with business leaders to understand needs and translate them into IT solutions.
• Lead infrastructure, network, cloud, and workplace technology initiatives.
• Manage end-to-end IT projects, including scope, budget, timelines, and delivery.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of IT systems and networks.
• Oversee vendors, managed service providers, and technology partners.
• Drive IT service improvements, incident management, and operational excellence.
• Support disaster recovery, business continuity, and cybersecurity compliance.
• Develop IT roadmaps aligned with business priorities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful IT Business Partner (ITBP) Lead should have

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, network, or IT operations.
• Proven experience leading IT projects and managing stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, enterprise infrastructure, networking, and IT service management.
• Experience managing vendors and cross-functional teams
• Preferred Certifications: PMP or PRINCE2, ITIL Foundation, Azure, AWS, or Cisco certifications
