GreenShield IT is seeking an IT Change Manager to lead enterprise change and release management across applications and infrastructure. The role chairs the Change Advisory Board (CAB), drives governance, and partners with cross‑functional teams to balance innovation with stability.

The position requires 5–7 years in IT Change and Release Management, solid ITIL knowledge, and experience with tools such as Ivanti HEAT or Azure DevOps. English proficiency is essential; French is a plus.
