IT Change Release Management Engineer

Drive IT change governance and software releases at CI Financial in Toronto, using ServiceNow, Jira, Jenkins, and ITIL practices.

As an IT Change Management and Release Engineer II, you will support infrastructure and application changes across on-premises and cloud environments. The work combines change request review, release authorization, CI/CD support, and process administration. You will also support Change Advisory Board activities and maintain documented controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and approve infrastructure change requests
• Support weekly Change Advisory Board meetings
• Authorize software deployments and environment refreshes
• Maintain Jenkins pipelines and deployment configurations
• Reconcile Tripwire changes with authorized deployments

Requirements:

• Five-plus years of change and release management experience
• Five-plus years working in an ITIL environment
• One-plus year of DevOps and CI/CD experience
• Strong Git, UNIX/Linux, and shell scripting skills
• Computer Science degree, diploma, or equivalent experience
