Overview
In this role you will be the London on-site IT ambassador, delivering 1st and 2nd line support to enable colleagues to work efficiently. You’ll collaborate with global hubs to uphold consistent IT standards and drive secure, smooth onboarding and daily operations. You will manage device lifecycles, optimize office connectivity, and introduce AI productivity tools to enhance workflows. This is a hands-on, customer-focused role in a fast-growing digital workplace that values autonomy and continuous learning.

- Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to the London team and collaborate on global initiatives
- Deliver white-glove IT support for executive team members
- Administer access management via Okta and Terraform for onboarding and operations
- Manage macOS and Windows device lifecycles ensuring security and performance
- Introduce and promote AI productivity tools (e.g., Claude) to optimize workflows
- Lead onboarding experiences and smooth offboarding processes
- Optimize office network connectivity and AV across meeting rooms and workstations
- Author and refine knowledge base for self-service problem solving
- Collaborate with vendor networks for hardware procurement, licensing, and repair management
- Proven IT support experience
- 3+ years resolving complex technical issues in dynamic environments
- Onsite work in London 5 days a week; UK-right-to-work
- Strong English communication skills
- Solid background in enterprise macOS and Windows support
- Familiarity with Okta, Google Workspace, Intune, Jira, or Workspace ONE
- Customer-centric mindset
