In this role you enable the London team to work efficiently by delivering reliable 1st/2nd line IT support and promoting a secure, smooth IT experience. You’ll act as the on-site IT ambassador, collaborating with global hubs to uphold high service standards. Your work spans device lifecycle management, access control, and the introduction of AI productivity tools to streamline workflows. You’ll shape onboarding experiences and ensure robust connectivity and collaboration across the office. This is a hands-on, impact-driven role in a fast-growing, people‑first company.

- Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to the London team and contribute to global initiatives
- Deliver white-glove IT support for executive team members
- Administer access management via Okta and Terraform for onboarding and daily ops
- Manage macOS and Windows device lifecycle ensuring security and performance
- Introduce AI productivity tools to optimize workflows
- Oversee onboarding/offboarding experiences and office networking/AV
- Create and refine knowledge base to enable self-service
- Coordinate with vendor networks for hardware procurement, licensing and repair management
- Proven IT support track record with 3+ years of experience
- On-site London-based work 5 days a week (UK right to work)
- Strong English communication skills
- Experience supporting enterprise macOS and Windows environments
- Familiarity with Okta, Google Workspace, Intune, Jira, or Workspace ONE
