IT Colleague Support Engineer: Okta & Google Workspace

PPRO in London is seeking a Colleague Support Engineer to be the on-the-ground IT ambassador. You’ll resolve login issues, optimise office connectivity, and support executives with rapid, seamless IT services.

You’ll own end-to-end first and second line support locally, collaborating with global hubs in Munich, Berlin, and São Paulo to maintain high standards across locations, while administering access with Okta and managing macOS/Windows devices.
