IT Compliance Analyst

To enhance the compliance program for Infrastructure and Cloud Services, the full-time IT Systems Compliance Analyst will monitor compliance standards, develop policies, and manage audit documentation while working onsite in Jacksonville, FL. Key responsibilities Monitor and mature the infrastructure and cloud compliance program, including requirements and KPIs Develop, update, and interpret policies and procedures aligned with various security frameworks Support internal and external audits, advising on remediation through Corrective Action Plans Required qualifications 4+ years of IT infrastructure experience in design, implementation, administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting Hands-on experience applying security frameworks (NIST 800-53, DISA STIGs, HITRUST) in a large enterprise environment Experience working with auditors on SOC 2, FISMA, or similar audits Proficiency with scanning and audit tools such as Nessus/ACAS, Wiz, or Nexpose Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or equivalent experience
