IT Consultant – MSP

As a Technical Consultant in a growing North London MSP, you will drive end-to-end IT infrastructure projects across client sites and the Potters Bar HQ. You will deliver full project lifecycle consultancy, from pre-sales and scope to design, rollout, migration, deployment, onboarding, documentation and post-project support. Expect hands-on work with cloud and on‑prem tech, travel across Greater London, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction. • Lead end-to-end IT infrastructure projects for MSP clients (rollout, migration, upgrade and deployment)
• Provide full project lifecycle consultancy: pre-sales, scope, proof of concept, onboarding, auditing, technical designs, delivery, documentation, post-project support
• Engage with customers at sites and from HQ to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions across Azure, Windows Server, virtualization, security and networking
• Maintain project documentation and ensure smooth handover for support

• Experience working for MSPs in a customer-focused role
• Proficiency in MS Azure and Office 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
• Azure AD / Entra ID
• Windows Server, VMware and/or Hyper-V
• Purview and Intune
• Sophos security suite
• Networking switches, routers and firewalls
• Willingness to travel across Greater London with driving license and own car
• ISO27001 & Cyber Essentials frameworks experience beneficial
