IT Delivery Scrum Master

Drive IT delivery with Scrum ceremonies, dependency coordination, and data-driven reporting across multiple concurrent initiatives. Support teams within a scaled Agile framework.

As a Scrum Master, you will help define, prioritize, estimate, plan, and track work through actively managed backlogs. You will partner with Product Owners, Project Managers, stakeholders, and delivery teams to support approved cost, schedule, scope, quality, and value objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Product Owners and Project Managers on backlogs
• Coordinate dependencies and inter-team commitments across work streams
• Prepare reporting on velocity, capacity, risks, and defects
• Protect teams from distractions and unplanned work
• Support delivery aligned with approved priorities and objectives

Requirements:

• Experience delivering complex concurrent IT initiatives
• Strong backlog, sprint, and dependency management knowledge
• Excellent technical and non-technical stakeholder communication
• Facilitation, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to support multiple teams simultaneously
