In this role you will deliver desktop IT support across a large, corporate environment, ensuring end-user productivity and smooth operations. You will work within a cross‑regional team to resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues, while contributing to IT projects and office moves. Your focus on customer service and proactive problem solving helps minimise downtime and improve service delivery. This position offers exposure to a complex IT landscape and opportunities to influence user experience and security compliance.

- Resolve end-user hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Provide desk-side and remote support across Windows environments
- Build, configure, rebuild, and deploy PCs and peripherals
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve incidents and improve service delivery
- Support IT projects, including system and organisational integrations
- Build strong relationships with users through excellent customer service
- Travel occasionally to regional offices for on-site support
- Proven experience supporting Windows 10/11 environments
- Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
- Solid understanding of PC hardware, including configuration and rebuilds
