IT Director

To support a growing technology landscape, the full-time remote IT Director will set the technology direction, lead multi-functional teams, and manage enterprise applications while ensuring cybersecurity and operational excellence. Key responsibilities Set the technology direction and build a multi-year roadmap aligned with business goals Lead Infrastructure & Support and Internal Technology & Business Systems teams, fostering a culture of service excellence and innovation Manage the health and lifecycle of enterprise applications and oversee cybersecurity, risk management, and modernization efforts Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or a related field 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including 5+ years leading multi-functional technology teams Experience overseeing enterprise applications, infrastructure, and technology operations Track record of leading large-scale technology initiatives and digital transformation efforts Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite and CRM platforms such as HubSpot is preferred
