for current and upcoming opportunities across the Greater Toronto Area. This role is ideal for a technology leader who can bridge
business needs and technology execution , with a significant focus on
Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Business Central
initiatives as well as broader IT and technology projects. Approximately
60% of the role will focus on Business Central / Microsoft Dynamics 365 , while the remaining time will be dedicated to IT initiatives, technology projects, process improvements, and helping the organization leverage technology to support business growth. Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Business Central initiatives and implementations. Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective technology solutions. Manage technology projects from planning and requirements through implementation and ongoing support. Evaluate existing systems, processes, and technology infrastructure and identify opportunities for improvement. Lead business systems integration and technology transformation initiatives. Work closely with vendors, implementation partners, consultants, and internal stakeholders. Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, priorities, and implementation strategies. Ensure technology projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. Provide leadership and direction across IT operations, applications, infrastructure, and technology initiatives. Identify opportunities to automate processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the employee/customer experience. Support data, reporting, analytics, cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, and other technology initiatives as required. Establish and maintain IT policies, standards, processes, and best practices. Manage technology vendors and external service providers. Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations to senior leadership. Act as a strategic technology partner to business leadership and help drive the organization's digital transformation. Qualifications
15+ years of progressive IT, technology, business systems, or applications experience. Previous experience in an IT Manager, IT Director, Technology Director, Applications Director, or similar leadership role. Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics 365. Experience leading ERP implementations, upgrades, integrations, or major business systems projects. Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions. Demonstrated project management and stakeholder management experience. Experience working with third‑party vendors, consultants, and implementation partners. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, applications, and enterprise systems. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Strong business acumen with the ability to connect technology investments to business objectives. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline preferred. Assets
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certification or implementation experience. Experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365. ERP integration experience. Power BI / Power Platform experience. Experience with cybersecurity and IT governance. Experience managing IT budgets and vendors. Experience leading technology transformation or digital transformation initiatives. What We're Looking For
