Key Responsibilities

• Manage IT infrastructure, users, devices, applications, and access.
• Provide *Azure cloud support* – Virtual Machines, Blob Storage, Entra ID, Virtual Network, and Azure Monitor.
• Manage *Microsoft 365/Office 365*, user accounts, licenses, and email.
• Troubleshoot *Windows/Linux, hardware, software, networking, and cloud issues*.
• Handle employee onboarding/offboarding and access management.
• Manage IT assets, backups, security, patches, and system updates.
• Support basic *AI tools* and automation for IT operations.
• Coordinate with vendors and maintain IT documentation.

Requirements

• *3–4 years* of experience in IT Support, System Administration, or Cloud Support.
• Hands-on experience with *Microsoft Azure*.
• Good knowledge of *Windows/Linux, networking, and Microsoft 365*.
• Basic understanding of *AI tools*.
• *Strong communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory.*
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and with teams.
• *Azure certification is a plus.*
