IT Field Technician — On‑Site & Remote Support

Apogee Corporation is seeking an IT Field Technician to join the Managed Desktop Services team. The role involves diagnosing and repairing laptops, desktops, and related hardware, with a mix of on-site visits and remote support to keep systems running smoothly.

You will install and configure operating systems, troubleshoot hardware and software faults, document repair work, and maintain a high standard of customer service while adhering to data protection and security procedures.
