IT Finance Lead

In this IT Finance role, you will partner with regional IT, procurement, operations, and finance teams to steer planning, cost control, and capital expenditure across regions. You will own end-to-end IT CapEx governance and support monthly reporting to senior management, shaping forecasts and reporting packs. You’ll drive process improvements and work with GBS to consolidate reporting and transfer manual activities. This role sits at the intersection of finance and IT, enabling strategic investment aligned with the company’s growth and transformation goals. You’ll engage across regions to deliver accurate financial insights and support decision-making.

• Partner with regional IT, procurement, operations, and finance teams on IT finance activities
• Lead quarterly Outlook and annual IT planning, considering growth, inflation, and forex
• Identify risks and opportunities and communicate to Senior Management
• Analyze monthly operating costs and explain variances
• Own end-to-end IT CapEx planning, governance, and tracking across regions
• Develop and present monthly regional reporting packs to senior management
• Serve as first point of contact for IT requests in the International Operating Group
• Support software spend understanding and engage with regions and corporate
• Contribute to month-end close activities with reconciliations, accruals, prepayments and fixed assets
• Transfer manual processes to GBS and drive consolidated reporting
• Handle adhoc tasks and support process improvements

• Chartered Accountancy Qualification (ACA, ACMA, ACCA, CPA or similar) preferable
• 5+ years of relevant financial analyst experience
• Strong business partnering skills with comfort presenting to senior management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Pro-active mindset with end-to-end ownership
• Detail-oriented with strong time-management in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent English written and verbal communication
