IT Financial Management Consultant

Apply IT cost allocation and TCO expertise as a Toronto-based consultant working hybrid, with five onsite days weekly. Contract dates are stated.

This consultant understands AWS and Azure pricing, software licensing, and hardware depreciation. The work includes financial analysis, project planning, organizational development, strategy development, business planning, and Ministry funding requests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build dynamic simulation workflows and scenario analysis frameworks
• Track variances and monitor project costs
• Develop schedules, deliverables, scope, and integrated plans
• Create budgets across funding channels and dependencies
• Forecast, reconcile, and report project costs

Requirements:

• Experience allocating direct and indirect costs
• Understanding of Total Cost of Ownership
• Knowledge of AWS and Azure cloud pricing models
• Experience with software licensing and hardware depreciation
• Experience managing project schedules, deliverables, and scope
