Overview

In this role you will support governance, assurance and control activities across IT to ensure policies, standards and regulations are applied consistently and continually improved. You will contribute to governance capabilities, reporting, and audit support within Group IT, helping to drive the IT Strategy. You’ll develop and maintain governance documentation, deliver KPI dashboards, and coordinate compliance and audit activities. This is a chance to shape IT governance in a fast-moving automotive technology environment.

Responsibilities
  • Support IT governance capabilities including governance reporting, assurance and audit support
  • Manage IAM, PAM and PKI administration and related governance activities
  • Develop, maintain and improve IT policies, procedures, standards and governance documentation
  • Conduct evidence-based assurance reviews and prepare actionable recommendations
  • Build and maintain KPI dashboards and ensure data quality for senior leadership
  • Coordinate governance activities, monitor compliance and escalate exceptions
  • Prepare governance packs, dashboards and evidence for audits and stakeholder meetings
  • Monitor operational PKI card and certificate services and coordinate improvements
  • Support annual access reviews, recertification and segregation of duties reviews in IAM governance
  • Maintain records for privileged access governance and monitor compliance
Key requirements
  • Experience in an IT department with IT Governance
  • Experience with IAM and PAM processes
  • Strong analytical and numerical interpretation skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality outputs
  • Excellent written, verbal and listening skills with stakeholder influence
  • Good interpersonal, process management, organisation and time management skills
  • Ability to track compliance and drive actions to resolution
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint
  • Stakeholder influence without relying on hierarchy
