IT Governance Controls Specialist

Drive IT governance controls at Arterra Wines Canada while coordinating ITGC testing, audit support, and remediation projects through a hybrid work model.

The IT Controls Specialist supports the Office of the CIO’s core governance activities. You will manage ITGC testing, analyze control deviations, and coordinate remediation. The position also supports ITIL process improvement, IT value reporting, and assigned technology projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run monthly and quarterly ITGC testing activities
• Consolidate and report ITGC results
• Conduct root cause analysis on control deviations
• Coordinate remediation and test effectiveness
• Support internal and external IT audits

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Understanding of IT governance controls
• Experience with ITIL
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Preferred five-plus years in IT roles
