IT Helpdesk Technician — Flexible Working (London)

C40 is seeking an IT Helpdesk Technician to support a 500-strong staff across 40+ countries, primarily remote with a London-based team. You will manage day-to-day tickets, hardware and software support, and onboarding for new staff in a hybrid London role.

Reporting to the Senior Helpdesk Technician, you will work with Google Workspace, Jamf Pro, and BeyondTrust, ensuring security and smooth IT operations while traveling for occasional events.
