IT Implementation Engineer

In this role you will take ownership of IT project delivery while hands-on maintaining and improving systems across networks, servers, and cloud platforms. You will collaborate with internal teams and third parties to ensure reliability, security, and performance, guiding projects from planning to implementation. The position sits in a newly forming IT team, contributing directly to the organisation’s IT service delivery and security posture. You will work in a hybrid setup, balancing technical execution with cross-functional coordination, shaping IT services for business impact.

• Lead and deliver IT projects with hands-on technical work
• Manage and support Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server and network services
• Monitor, troubleshoot and maintain system availability
• Implement and manage system and security policies
• Coordinate with internal teams and third parties to resolve issues
• Explore new technologies to improve IT services and security
• Maintain technical documentation and support regulatory compliance

• Solid technical background across IT infrastructure
• Experience managing and delivering IT projects with hands-on implementation
• Knowledge of Microsoft technologies, cloud platforms and security systems
• Understanding of system integration and interoperability
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work under pressure
• Confidence communicating technical information to non-technical colleagues
• Strong organisation, attention to detail and proactive approach
