Inverness IT Incident Analyst role requiring on-site presence. You will join a fast-paced IT Operations team, monitor alerts, coordinate technical teams and suppliers, manage escalations and ensure incidents are prioritised and resolved while keeping stakeholders informed throughout the life cycle.

The position offers up to £32,000 plus shift allowance with a pattern of 4 nights on, 4 nights off, 4 days on, 4 days off. This is a hands-on role dedicated to maintaining service availability.
