IT Infrastructure and Security Director

Lead IT strategy, infrastructure, and cybersecurity at OTI Lumionics in an on-site Director role supporting advanced materials innovation.

As IT Director, you will define governance, advise leadership, and improve service delivery across enterprise environments. Your scope includes cloud platforms, on-premises infrastructure, networks, endpoints, cybersecurity, and IT operations. OTI Lumionics develops materials for next-generation OLED displays, consumer electronics, and automotive applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define IT strategy, roadmap, and governance frameworks
• Oversee cloud, on-premises, network, and endpoint infrastructure
• Lead cybersecurity, risk assessments, and vulnerability management
• Direct incident, change, and problem management practices
• Manage continuity plans, vendors, budgets, and major initiatives

Requirements:

• 10+ years of progressive IT experience
• Infrastructure and operations leadership experience
• Enterprise IT strategy development and execution experience
• Cybersecurity, cloud, and infrastructure management background
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
