IT Infrastructure Cybersecurity Manager

Lead IT infrastructure and cybersecurity across multiple locations as an experienced manager overseeing networks, cloud services, and security operations.

This senior IT professional will own infrastructure, security, and technology initiatives within a growing, multi-site organization. The work covers network architecture, Microsoft 365, Azure, endpoint security, and critical business systems. Strong leadership and operational experience are central to success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee infrastructure, network architecture, and security across locations
• Lead cybersecurity strategy, risk management, and incident response
• Manage servers, cloud services, Microsoft 365, and business systems
• Maintain backup, disaster recovery, and continuity plans
• Lead personnel, vendors, budgets, and infrastructure projects

Requirements:

• Seven to ten years of IT infrastructure experience
• Three to five years in senior or leadership roles
• Knowledge of network security, firewalls, and cybersecurity frameworks
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, endpoint security, and recovery
• Leadership managing IT operations across multiple sites
