Overview
In this role you will safeguard and optimize critical IT infrastructure to support teaching, research, and administration. You will maintain identity management processes and PowerShell libraries while ensuring system availability and performance. You’ll work across Entra ID, Azure, OCI and M365, and engage with customers to deliver reliable, secure services within a university setting. This is a hands-on position that balances technical delivery with cross-functional collaboration and service quality.

- Manage Identity Management processes
- Maintain PowerShell scripts and libraries
- Maintain integration of Entra ID, Azure, OCI and M365 environments
- Design, develop, administer and support complex IT infrastructure systems (Linux/Windows)
- Server host and storage management
- Manage messaging services, Active Directory and Azure AD in an M365 environment
- Manage cloud services (AWS)
- Script and automate IT tasks
- Collaborate with IT Services to resolve escalated issues and improve team efficiency
- Extensive experience with PowerShell
