IT Infrastructure Engineer

In this role you will support growth and scalability of Perk’s European hubs by delivering reliable IT and AV support, driving automation, and guiding infrastructure projects. You collaborate with cross‑functional teams to reduce risk, improve efficiency, and enhance user experience as the business scales. You will develop automation scripts and integrate APIs to streamline operations, while mentoring the Service Desk and upholding best practices. • Serve as escalation point for the Service Desk and mentor colleagues
• Troubleshoot IT and audio‑visual issues across European hubs
• Plan, execute, and monitor IT infrastructure projects with quality and timelines
• Develop and maintain automation scripts across Okta, Slack, Make.com
• Integrate REST APIs to automate tasks
• Configure and maintain monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix)
• Apply and expand DevOps foundations with GitHub, Terraform, and Jamf environments
• Identify and mitigate IT risks; optimize processes and platform reliability
• Collaborate across teams and contribute to shared automation standards

• Experience in IT infrastructure and cross‑site AV support across multiple hubs
• Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools such as Nagios and Zabbix
• Scripting/automation capability and experience with automation platforms
• Experience with REST APIs and integration work
• Proficiency with DevOps tools, e.g., GitHub and Terraform
• Knowledge of identity management and Jamf environments (Jamf 200+ a plus)
