IT Infrastructure Engineer

In this role, you’ll support our internal IT services across desktop, server and cloud environments within a small, collaborative team. You’ll work hands-on to maintain and improve infrastructure, often switching between independent work and team collaboration with an MSP. You’ll drive server upgrades, cloud transformations, and network improvements that enable stable operations. • desktop support
• server and cloud administration (Azure, Windows Server, Linux)
• involvement in infrastructure projects (server upgrades, cloud transformation, Wi-Fi improvements, network hardware refreshes)
• work both independently and with the MSP
• operate in a small, hands-on IT team

• Minimum 4 years in an IT infrastructure or support engineering role
• Strong experience with Windows Server, Windows desktop, and cloud technologies
• Solid understanding of Azure
• Good working knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu preferred)
• Strong grounding in networking, virtualization, and IAM
• Proficiency with infrastructure automation and scripting
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a small team
• Background in permanent roles or long-term contracts
