In this role, you’ll support our internal IT services across desktop, server and cloud environments within a small, collaborative team. You’ll work hands-on to maintain and improve infrastructure, often switching between independent work and team collaboration with an MSP. You’ll drive server upgrades, cloud transformations, and network improvements that enable stable operations. You’ll thrive in a practical, long-term role that values stability and steady technical impact. This is an opportunity to shape our IT foundations in a close-knit environment.

Responsibilities
  • desktop support
  • server and cloud administration (Azure, Windows Server, Linux)
  • involvement in infrastructure projects (server upgrades, cloud transformation, Wi-Fi improvements, network hardware refreshes)
  • work both independently and with the MSP
  • operate in a small, hands-on IT team
Key requirements
  • Minimum 4 years in an IT infrastructure or support engineering role
  • Strong experience with Windows Server, Windows desktop, and cloud technologies
  • Solid understanding of Azure
  • Good working knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu preferred)
  • Strong grounding in networking, virtualization, and IAM
  • Proficiency with infrastructure automation and scripting
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a small team
